CORONA VIRUS - Thurlaston Community Response Plan

Coronavirus (COVID-19)

How you may help

First and foremost is that you take all the precautions that are outlined in the Government and Health Authorities notices. By doing so you will significantly reduce the risk of becoming infected with the disease.

The spread of Coronavirus is having an impact upon the day-to-day lives of all of us, but there are some people who will undoubtedly be affected much more seriously.

People, and members of their household, have been told to 'self-isolate' for a period of 14 days if they exhibit symptoms of the disease. Additionally, our elderly and more vulnerable family members, friends and neighbours have been requested to 'self-isolate' for a period of 12 weeks. During these periods of 'self-isolation' it will be vital that we act as good neighbours, keeping an eye upon our more vulnerable village residents and those who may have contracted the disease.

If you are willing to help others or you know of someone in need of assistance please advise The Parish Clerk by email: or phone: 07873 229990.

Thank You and Stay Healthy!
