Parish Council Meetings - Impact on meetings protocol with immediate effect

Due to the current restrictions on our movements and social distancing during the coronavirus outbreak, ALL public meetings for Thurlaston Parish Council and its Committees will be held 'virtually' via ZOOM with immediate effect.

The agendas relating to each meeting will be published as normal via Thurlaston Parish Council website and within the lockable noticeboard, with one significant difference for all Members of the Public and/or press -

If anyone wishes to join the meeting please contact the clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting date to allow for an invitation to be sent out so you can 'join' on the evening.

If anyone is not able to join on Zoom but wishes to make representations please contact the Clerk at least 24 hours prior to the meeting on the phone number above or one of the Parish Councillors whose phone numbers are available via Thurlaston Parish Council website or the 'CONTACT LISTING' within the noticeboard located on Desford Road.
